Departure from Rurrenabaque, travel by jeep from Rurrenabaque to Santa Rosa de Yacuma and by boat to the Caracoles Lodge on the Yacuma river |

Orientation at the lodge and lunch |

Down-river on the Yacuma river exploring flora and fauna. Your guide is a local person very experience with the different plants and animals |

Exploring the river and fishing for piranhas and observation of wildlife. It is that time of the day when even more wildlife is coming to shore |

Relaxing at the lodge or trekking the wide open savannas from the lodge. By this you will have done lots of exploration and you may choose to do more hiking or relaxing at the lodge in a hammock close to the Yacuma river |

Horse riding in the savannas - super nice and relaxing, a wonderful experience and approach to see the savannas. The horses are well fed, cared for and well trained. You may choose your horse based on your horse riding experience. Please talk to your guide about this when you arrive at the lodge |
